The brief was to provide a restaurant that evoked a contemporary interpretation of a traditional bistro.

The key organisational element within this dining space is a ramped folded walnut element which creates two distinct zones within the restaurant.
The inner zone, articulated by a slatted walnut
folded plane, is raised above street level, and provides intimate and protected seating.
