Botany Bay. The project consists of the refurbishment of houses 11-20, Botany Bay, Trinity College (protected structures) comprising of the refurbishing of, 139 no. existing bed spaces into 65 no. apartments, 56 no. two bedroom units and 9 no. three-bedroom units with kitchen/ living room and bathroom in each.

Both these projects were undertaken by studio m architects in association with Michael Collins Associates.
