The project comprises of the refurbishment and extension of an existing building to provide a mixed use development including pharmacy, veterinary clinic, 1 retail unit and 2 no. apartments overhead. We sought to create a contemporary scheme that emphathised with the tradition form and scale of the existing street. The development included the fit-out of 400sqm of retail space.
